Since a CCTV management system has to be personalised, we need this information, for inclusion in your Data Protection forms.

If there are more than one premises with CCTV systems you need to tell us each address, but we will contact you later for details as some setups can be complex.

The pack costs £57 VAT zero. You download the files and do your own printing. We recommend using an A4 binder to store the forms and code of practice.

If you have more than one premises protected by CCTV you will be asked for the other addresses later. If premises are adjacent you might only require one set of forms to cover them, in which case they can be counted as one.

DATA CONTROLLER

Person or entity who will manage the data. preferably the company or business name, official position of the person, e.g. club secretary, or simply the person's name. Our advice is to use the company or business name so that data controllers can be changed without altering the forms.

This name and number should also be printed on the signs that you use to warn of the presence of a CCTV system. It must be the number where the data controller can be contacted during normal working hours. Avoid private numbers if possible.

NB. Multiple premises with a common owner only have to register once for the group but each premises might need a separate set of forms for recording daily events. As each premises needs to have its address printed on the forms, it might be difficult to use one form where addresses are not for adjacent properties.
